The Iroise Sea as a backdrop

Between the land and sea, Finistère offers visitors a single, vast, natural adventure play-ground.

Why not ask about out sailing lessons at the Trez-Hir aquatics centre in Plougonvelin, where beginners can try out too.
Enjoy local life at markets in Le Conquet (Tuesday morning), Saint-Renan (Saturday morning) and Plougonvelin (Sunday morning).

Walkers will love the GR34 "Sentier des Douaniers" (Coastguards' Path) which winds along the coast. Finally treat yourselves to maritime events and music festivals, and sample Brest's cultural and night life.

"La Récré des 3 Curés", 5 minutes from Brest and 30 minutes from our hotel, is a very entertaining leisure park. Covering 17 hectares and with 35 attractions, it's the perfect place for children and all the family.

Finistère, its picturesque towns, its fishing ports, its fine sand beaches, its islands, its lighthouses... At the very tip, a place of wonders and mysteries worthy of one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world!

La Pointe Saint-Mathieu

Pointe Saint-Mathieu is a fabled landscape for seafarers. From its cliffs arise an emblematic lighthouse and an ancient abbey, both accessed by many walking paths.

Le Conquet & Plougonvelin

In Le Conquet little alleys descend to a picturesque port where fishing remains the main and traditional activity. Plougonvelin is home to spectacular Pointe Saint-Mathieu and the Fort de Bertheaume, fortified by famous military architect Vauban.

A visit to Brest is an opportunity to experience the life of a truly historic maritime city, with its medieval castle, famous harbour sound and public beaches.

Crozon peninsular

The Crozon peninsular is an invitation to a journey into mystery, with its legendary dolmens and menhirs. There are numerous spectacular natural and historical sites to be admired, like Pen Hir point and the Vauban Tower.

Ushant and Molène

The islands of Ushant and Sein, or the Molène archipelago, set in the Iroise Sea, are a paradise for lovers of wild tranquillity, who can admire sunsets and island landscapes from the top of the regions' finest lighthouses.

Archipel Excursion

An outing in a Zodiac inflatable to explore the Molène archipelago. See seals and dolphins in their natural habitat.

At the former Capuchin Convent of Landerneau, the Hélène and Édouard Leclerc foundation for culture hosts exhibitions of great contemporary painters.
