The first Michelin-starred chef from Finistère trained with Michelin-starred chefs such as Yannick Alleno at Le Meurice and Christian Le Squer at the Pavillon Ledoyen before moving on to Jean-Luc L'Hourre (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) at Le Marinca in Corsica. She herself is a graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse.
