LIVE CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS
The following sets out the terms and conditions for cancellations
Bookings by bank card:
- For cancellations or modifications until 24h before the date of arrival, the hotel will not charge any fee.
- In the event of cancellation or late modification or no-show, the hotel will retain 100% of the total amount of the booking.
By cheque:
- For cancellations more than 21 days before the date of arrival, deposits will be reimbursed.
- In the event of cancellations fewer than 21 days before the date of arrival, whatever the reason for the cancellation, the hotel will retain the deposit.
No-shows:
The hotel agrees to keep the client's room for them until the morning following the date of arrival. The client accepts that they will automatically be charged the price of the room on their card if they do not turn up, and do not cancel at least 24 hours before the agreed date of arrival.
EARLY DEPARTURES:
In the event of an early departure, the price of an additional night will be charged by the hotel by way of damages.
